Quick Start

Install KSP 1.12.4 and CKAN

Set your Steam KSP install to the 1.12.4 beta branch and install CKAN.

Import the mod list

Download our CKAN file and import it via CKAN to install every required mod at the right version.

Install LMP client and connect

Drop the LMP 0.29.2 client into GameData, launch KSP, and connect to ksp.waydethekiwi.com:8800.

What is this?

This is a public, modded Kerbal Space Program multiplayer server running LunaMultiplayer 0.29.2 in sandbox mode. Created by WaydeTheKiwi, who streams on Twitch. Anyone is welcome to join the crew — and to stream their own playthroughs on the server.

The full required mod list is curated to balance variety with stability. Everyone runs the same parts, so vessels always load correctly across the session.

Server Rules

  • Be respectful. This is a public server open to Twitch viewers. Keep chat friendly.
  • Don't grief. Don't destroy or interfere with other players' vessels or bases.
  • MechJeb etiquette. Only use MechJeb autopilot on vessels you own. Autopiloting another player's active vessel causes desyncs.
  • Match the mod list. Install mods from the CKAN file exactly. Don't add unlisted mods — they may cause issues for other players.
  • Coordinate time warp. Check with other online players before warping. LMP handles warp reasonably but rapid large warps can cause desyncs.
